Shannon Anderson, PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Prior to re-joining Ignition in 2009, Shannon was CEO of Anderson Search Partners, she co-founded in 2004 to specialize in technical talent acquisition within the software/internet industry. Shannon is best known for her vast network and relationships with technologists, and her ability to recruit and hire engineering leaders. Her clients included F500 clients including Google, Amazon, EMC, Microsoft; venture firms including Ignition Partners, OVP, and Seapoint Ventures. Shannon began her recruiting career as a search consultant in the SF Bay Area, and invested nearly a decade of her career as a recruiter at Microsoft before joining Ignition the first time around as Recruiting Principal. She earned her BA degree from San Jose State University. On the personal side, Shannon is immersed in her Bikram yoga practice, pursuing educational advancement, and spending as much time as possible with her husband and daughters. Shannon assists Brad Silverberg, John Ludwig, Michelle Goldberg and Chris Howard who focus on consumer, social, ecommerce and virtualization/cloud computing investments.
